That makes handoffs harder. Someone receiving a brief can see the deliverable and deadline, but may be missing the conversation that explains the approach.

Another tool helps only if it makes the project easier to follow. A useful handoff includes the source material, the decision, and what still needs someone’s review.
That’s the problem we’re working on at any-way: helping information move between the tools a creative team uses, while keeping the reasoning accessible to the people doing the work.
