These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of any-way's products and services. Please read them carefully before using our platform.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using any-way's products and services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of services
any-way provides AI-powered tools for content creators, including workflow automation (with ax), content creation (with creator), and brand collaboration (collabeauty). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services with reasonable notice.
3. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services to violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, distribute malware, or engage in any activity that disrupts the platform or harms other users. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
5. Intellectual property
Content you create using our tools remains yours. You grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide our services. any-way's brand, interface, and underlying technology are our intellectual property and may not be copied or reproduced.
6. Payment and billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
7. Limitation of liability
any-way is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for 30 days following account closure, after which it will be permanently deleted.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
